Use this if you are unable to use Payroll Pro due a licence key or registration code problem.

The licence key below will allow full use of Payroll Pro until the 30th of January 2020. After using the key below, you will constantly receive a message advising that your annual licence expires at the end of the above month - this is ok - Payroll Pro will be fully functional even though this message is appearing. If you print an annual licence renewal form while using this temporary licence key then the price on the form may not apply to you unless you are processing payroll for 10 or more companies.

IMPORTANT - It is therefore important to email us right away with your company name and details so that we know you are using this temporary licence key, and so that we can get your full normal licence key to you before the end of the above month.

Times you might need this include moving Payroll Pro to a new computer where a new licence key is requested, or increasing capacity of Payroll Pro to allow more employee records.

 

1. Print off any order form which Payroll Pro may ask you for.
2. Enter the following licence name (you can use either upper or lower case letters - either is ok) and licence key when requested.
   - Licence Name: Payroll Pro Special 2020
   - Licence Key: V8Z919557HV3474
   (if there are any 0's in a licence key then this means the numeral zero)
   If you are not sure where to do this, exit Payroll Pro and restart it. You may then receive a message advising what to do. If not,
   please see the following steps.
3. Select FILE then RE-ENTER LICENCE NAME
4. Enter the following Licence Name:Payroll Pro Special 2020
5. Enter the following Licence Key:V8Z919557HV3474
6. Click OK

Allow more employees/Increase capacity

If you receive the following message:

Your licence allows for a maximum of xx employees.
There are currently xx employees defined.
To apply for a licence key to allow more employees:
From the main menu, select FILE then INCREASE CAPACITY.

This means that your Payroll Pro is licenced for up to the number of employees shown above.

To increase your capacity, select FILE then INCREASE CAPACITY and then follow through the steps provided. Click "Print Application Form" and then either post to us or fax to us. Once we have received the form and payment we will provide you with an updated licence key. In the meantime, use the temporary licence key provided above.
