PAYE calculated is not the same as tax tables

The printed tax tables are often shown with gross amounts rounded to the nearest dollar, so it is possible that a calculation made in Payroll Pro is more accurate than the tax tables by a few cents.

Other things to check are
(1) That you are looking at the correct years tax tables.
(2) Check that you are looking at the tax tables of the correct frequency - eg weekly, fortnightly.
(3) In the Payroll ensure that you have entered the correct Pay Frequency for your employee. This is entered under "Add & Edit Employees" (or "Edit Employees" in Payroll Pro version 1). It can also be entered under "Enter Current Pay".
(4) Also check that you have entered the correct tax code into the employees record.
