Sick Leave anniversary rollover

This is done automatically by Payroll Pro when the sick leave anniversary for an employee is reached - Payroll Pro will know this from the Pay Period End Date you enter.

The sick leave year is usually based on the date six months after the employee started. For example an employee starts 10 April 2010 - they are not entitled to sick leave until 10 October 2010 - six months after their start date. Their sick leave anniversary is then usually every 10th October.

Payroll Pro will automatically rollover employee sick leave when the relevant date is reached. Payroll Pro will use the Pay Period End Date you have entered - it will not use your computers date.

You will be given the option to print a report listing any employees whose sick leave has just been rolled over.
