A Registration Code has not yet been entered...
This message appears when you open a newly created set of Payroll Data which has not been registered.
If you have created a new set of Payroll Data for the purposes of restoring from a backup, then you can ignore this as the registration code will come over with the data when it is restored. Just click "NO", then answer "NO" when asked if you would like to print an order form. Then restore your data in the normal way. More information about restoring data from a backup can be found here. In fact, it is not necessary to open your payroll data before restoring from a backup - you can simply click "Cancel" when the data selection window appears, answer OK to the message telling you no data has been selected, and then choose the "Backup" option from the top menu to load the Backup/Restore module.
If you have created a new set of Payroll Data to start processing pays for a new company, then you can process up to 3 payruns before you need to purchase a Registration Code to unlock the 3 payrun limit. You can print the form right away, or just answer "no" when asked if you want to print the form and do this later.
NOTE that Payroll Pro uses a Licence Key and Registration Code(s). If you are new to Payroll Pro you may be asked for both - entering the Licence Key in the Registration Code area will result in a message advising that you have entered the wrong code (and vice versa). If this happens you may just need to exit Payroll Pro and start it again, and the options to enter the Licence Key and/or Registration Code will pop up again for you.
