Annual Licence and Payroll Updates

 

There is sometimes a bit of confusion in March when a payroll update for tax change is available, and at the same time some clients annual licence becomes due.

The annual licence renewal is separate to the update to the latest version. In the month for which your annual licence is due, Payroll Pro will be fully functional until the end of that month, even though you will receive a message advising that the licence needs to be renewed by the end of the month. However, we advise that you do renew this as soon as possible in that month to avoid delays.

You can still update to the latest version even if you are receiving the message advising that the annual licence is due by the end of the month.

 

When will I receive my new licence key?

During busy periods it may take a few days from time we receive payment for your annual licence renewal to the time we send your new licence key to you.

 

How do I update Payroll Pro?

When a new update is available for tax changes (usually during March each year, but occasionally during the year) we will email you to let you know. You can then quickly update using the "Check for updates online..." option from Payroll Pro.

You can check for updates online at anytime even if we don't send you an email. When you select "Check for updates online..." you will receive a message advising of the latest version and of the version you currently have so you will know if a new if a new update is available.
