EXAMPLE 2 - fortnightly salary

The first image shows how a fortnightly salary looks in Payroll Pro version 2 - an employee who usually works 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Each day is listed, but will be left blank unless leave is taken. You can enter leave on the day it is taken for a more informative pay history record.

The usual salary is calculated from the annual salary divided by number of pays per years (calculated from the pay frequency). The annual salary is changed by clicking the black button Pay Rates add / edit / delete .
